Out binutils version adds the reloc sections by default, but NSIS does
not work with them.
So, we need to pass a flag to disable them, otherwise users with
mandatory ASLR turned on will not be able to install Tor Browser.

The --enable-tor-browser-update and --enable-verify-mar options are
already set by default in tor-browser.git.

The wasi-sandbox project was not reproducible, because libc.a was
filled in a non-deterministic order.
Its Makefile contains some wildcards, but adding a sort to them was not
enough to build libc.a deterministically.

After fixing this problem, Firefox build issue disappears, too.

We still had several translation enabled in Firefox dependencies also
for testbuilds. This made Firefox build again when translations
changed even though we did not use them.

Also, clean up other files that should not be on Privacy Browser, such
as the skeleton of the default profile, which Privacy Browser and Base
Browser do not have.

They will be visible and clickable in about:buildconfig.
