zlib fails to build for android

Following #40469 (closed), zlib fails to build for android. We have this in the logs:

rm: cannot remove '/var/tmp/dist/zlib/lib/*.so*': No such file or directory

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
