Remove https-everywhere from tor-browser alpha desktop

With https-only mode enabled ( tor-browser#19850 (closed) ) and the new built-in onion aliases feature ( tor-browser#40458 (closed) ) we no longer need https-everywhere in tor-browser desktop!

So, we should remove it from our build.
