Building nightly macos incrementals fails

Building nightly macos incrementals fails with the error:

./rbm/rbm build release --step update_responses_config --target nightly
NO_CODESIGNATURE=1 tools/update-responses/gen_incrementals nightly
Error: Could not find mar-tools
make: *** [Makefile:203: incrementals-nightly] Error 1

This is because we changed the name of the mar-tools-*.zip file on macos, with 985480eb.
