Ship NoScript in the distribution directory also for Windows and Linux

For Windows and Linux, we ship NoScript directly in user's profile.

This prevents a few things from working, such multiple profiles or refreshing the profile.

On the other hand, on macOS we already use the distribution directory (see projects/browser/build). If we did the same for Windows and Linux, we could maybe evaluate these features.

I am not sure we have other reasons to create the ship profile (e.g., defense in depth against linking in case for some reason the randomized profile id leaks?).

At the moment (12.0) the default profile only contains NoScript.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
