Use the new branding directories

In tor-browser#41428 (closed) we decided not to change contents of Firefox branding directories anymore, but to create ours.

This has been done in tor-browser!507 (merged), but before merging it we should also modify build files to use the new directories.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
