Remove empty line at the top of sha256sums-unsigned-build.txt

We have an empty line at the top of the file sha256sums-unsigned-build.txt we create in projects/release/build.

I noticed it because it is causing a warning in tools/dmg2mar.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
