Fix dmg2mar after dmg changes from #28124

While signing 12.0.3, the dmg2mar step failed with:

From IRC:

< PieroV> We've switched to HFS, and 7z handles the extraction in a slightly different way
< PieroV> It adds an additional "Tor Browser" directory (which happens to be the volume name)
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
