Define the version flag for all browsers

With tor-browser!568 (merged) we are going to introduce a version configuration option for all browsers.

So, we will need to update our Firefox and GeckoView build scripts.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
