Handle Mullvad Browser in the changelog script and group entries by project

We've modified the rel prep template to include Sponsor 131 in MB rel preps.

So, we can use that to conditionally print Mullvad Browser instead of Tor Browser, and handle desktop as "all platforms" (and even do a sanity check to test if we have Android-only issues).
