Fix android filenames in Release Prep issue templates
In the issue templates, the section about Google Plays says to upload
the *.multi.apk APKs. However since we renamed the filenames, it
should now be tor-browser-android-*.apk.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
