Remove go_vendor-lyrebird-nightly makefile target, and rename go_vendor-$project-alpha makefile targets to go_vendor-$project

Since after #40948 (closed) we don't check lyrebird-vendor sha256sum in nightly, we don't need to use the go_vendor-lyrebird-nightly makefile target anymore. So I think we can remove it.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
