Update generate blog post script to use new blog header images

We're switching to a stable set of blog post images going forward, rather than having the major version number in the image. Major release posts will still be custom but that's on @donuts. 😄

We need to update our blog post generation script to use the new images. The image to use will depend on the release-channel.
