Change Description

This merge request changes primary meek bridge to the the bridges hosted by unredacted. We are looking forward to merging it in next release since the original bridge is offline, as the hosting provider was offline since a few weeks ago.

The merge of this merge request is blocked by contacting the bridge operator at unredacted to make sure they are ready for the traffic.

How Tested

The new bridge line was manually entered into Tor Browser to verify it works.
