Change Description

Use cp -al rather than mv in projects/release/build.

This allows to re-run the various make tragets.

In turn, it allows to build desktop (including artifacts) and Android in parallel.

How Tested

Run make torbrowser-alpha again (after I ran it also after make torbrowser-alpha-desktop torbrowser-incrementals-alpha).
