Change Description

In this MR I added a lot of READMEs.

I'm missing a few ones for which I'd need additional inputs:

• lox-wasm and wasm-bindgen
• release
• yubihsm-shell

Probably I haven't been coherent with the detail level, but we can improve that 🙂.
