Change Description

Adds a script to request the Mullvad build server to build a tag; allegedly both tor-browser and mullvad-browser tags are supported. Requires a private authentication token to access the backend server and (for now) the server is only accessible when connected through Mullvad VPN and exiting in either Gothenburg or Malmo. I'll remove DRAFT: status once I've successfully tested.

How Tested

Still negotiating with the backend to see our tags, will push subsequent revisions if changes are necessary.
