Change Description

Add a License field in the copyright file included in the deb package: https://www.debian.org/doc/packaging-manuals/copyright-format/1.0/#license-field

How Tested

I tested that the License line is correctly added in the copyright file included in the package. But I did not test that the software installer does not show the package as proprietary after this change.
