Draft: Desktop and Android nightly tests scripts

I tried to deploy this for Android, but I think a KVM-enabled machine will be needed. I gave up trying to run this on arm-based emulator images, and I think it would just take too much time. I tried the script locally on my machine and it works, so I hope it would not be too hard to deploy if an appropriate machine is available.

The desktop part is similar to the current setup in tb-tester (there's just a cron job which runs the run-desktop-nightly-tests, not included here).
