Bug 40080: Reduce the number of nightly builds we archive

boklm requested to merge boklm/tor-browser-bundle-testsuite:bug_40080 into main

In order to avoid filling the disk on tb-build-06 (see tpo/tpa/team#41992 (closed)), we reduce the number of builds we archive:

  • keep builds from the last 30 days instead of 100 (while still keeping one build from each of the last 30 weeks and 12 months)
  • don't archive rpm and deb files
