Update update_pre13.5a10/alpha to point to archive.tpo

I've also removed 13.5a10 from /srv/cdn-master.torproject.org/htdocs/aus1/torbrowser on staticiforme.

With this MR we've removed references to 13.5a10 on cdn.tpo (replacing them with archive.tpo URLs). So I think there is no need to keep 13.5a10. And there is also no need to keep 13.5a11 since we've removed it from the update-responses in update_3/alpha since 14.5a1 with commit 2d355005.

I've also removed 13.5a11 from /srv/cdn-master.torproject.org/htdocs/aus1/torbrowser since we have nothing pointing to that in tor-browser-update-responses anymore (this was removed with release 14.5a1).
