Creating and releasing Android Surfaces every frame causes a big performance hit due to AndroidSurface slow destructors bug. - Add a separate SwapChain for WebVR. We are already using separate SwapChains for WebXR (WebGLFramebuffer::mOpaqueSwapChain) but not for WebVR (it uses the canvas backbuffer).
