Maintain a checklist of symptoms caused by cookie transmission failure
The Tor Browser blocks 3rd party cookie transmission to provide tracking protection. Failure to transmit cookies causes web application errors, the reported symptoms of which are documented here. These symptoms are relevant when considering other #3246 (closed) child tickets such as #14057 (closed), #14059 (closed), and #14085 (closed).
