RequestCache from the Fetch API is available, make sure it adheres to our cache isolation

RequestCache from the Fetch API got implemented (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1120715). We should make sure it does not interfere with our concept of isolated cache entries.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
