Apply security slider improvements made on desktop back to mobile

In legacy/trac#21847 (moved) we applied the copy for the mobile security slider back to the desktop one. It turns out there is still room for improvement which went into the final version for legacy/trac#21847 (moved). Now it's time to get those changes included into mobile.
