Update Tor Browser blog post URLs
In the past the title of blog posts announcing a new Tor Browser release were named Tor Browser x.x.x is released. Steph suggested changing it to New Release: Tor Browser x.x.x, which will also change the URL of the posts. So we need to update the URL we publish in the update_responses files.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
