UI bugs in TB 10.0 alpha

Running Tor Browser 10.0a6 I found two small UI bugs.

Circuit display onion icon: let's use it in the same fill color and size the other icons at the identity doorhanger are.
Security settings doorhanger: let's remove the padding we have between the content and the border.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
