Rebase tor-browser patches to 102.0esr (desktop)

Some known breakage/changes that impact desktop:

• !214 (comment 2761352)
• With https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/ba4181aa572e, browser/base/content/tab-content.js is removed. We need to adapt 27857240 (#30237 (closed)), where we are adding something to this file. The patch in the geckoview >= 95 branch is missing this.
• The Onion-Location patch will need to be changed because Mozilla changed the RefreshURI method
• mDNS has been removed
• the lockwise brand is not used anymore
• Downloads have been reworked in v98, and it may or may not solve this issue with temporary files: #7449 (comment 2795343)
