Trouble Opening Tor 11.0.3 in OSX10.14.6
Summary
When I try to open Tor, Tor cannot connect. I have checked Open automatically, but it does not connect.
Steps to reproduce:
How one can reproduce the issue - this is very important.
- Only know for OSX10.14.6, no information on other versions of OSX
- Try to open Tor Browser

What is the current bug behavior?
Tor does not connect, says NOT CONNECTED
What is the expected behavior?
Tor connects as it does in Windows 10.
Environment
OSX 10.14.6 Did not happen with Tor 10, only with automatic upgrade to Tor 11.0.0, then same problem Tor 11.0.1, Tor 11.0.2 and Tor 11.0.3
