[torconnect] Increase width of text-container to ~640px (~724 including the icon)

As per the newest designs in #40780 (closed), can we increase the width of the text-container (and everything within it) to ~640px please on all torconnect/connection-assist screens? This will give the content a little more room to breath and hopefully reduce the number of incidences of awkward wrapping.
