[Connection Settings] Ask for confirmation before removing all bridges

For #40861 (closed) we added a button to remove all the bridge lines at once.

However, users may confuse it with a "collapse bridge lines" again, and click it by mistake.

Therefore, we should ask whether they are sure they really want to delete all the bridges.
