[torconnect] In 11.5a11 the breadcrumbs are visible on the first bootstrap

During the first bootstrap, the breadcrumbs should not visible.

During all the changes, however, I introduced a regression for which they now are.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
