Review some extensions.* preferences

There are a few extension preferences that confuse me:

• extensions.databaseSchema
• extensions.enabledScopes (cited in the design document)
• extensions.pendingOperations: Firefox uses for its own purposes and it changes it whenever it needs
• extensions.ui.lastCategory: it's used for navigation purposes, or to open the last visited category in about:addons.

These preferences affect the browser fingerprint and should probably be locked:

extensions.InstallTrigger.enabled
extensions.InstallTriggerImpl.enabled

They control the InstallTrigger and InstallTriggerImpl properties respectively and can be tested on this page:

https://arkenfox.github.io/TZP/tests/engine.html

The preferences do not exist in ESR91 but the properties are enabled by default.

the fingerprint is the same for all users (unless they meddle with about:config), but FYI, you only need to set extensions.InstallTrigger.enabled = false for all three to be disabled

Good one, added more information in !813 (merged), but we might want to add more information/recheck, deferred to #42151.
