NoScript: regression?
This is not an entropy issue (everyone is the same, except it is a change from previous behavior so dot releases, yeah I know everyone should update!), this is just to ask @ma1 - close if not applicable here and continue if you want at NS's headquarters (IDK where that is nor probably have an account unless it's github)
For a number of releases (IDK when you "fixed" it - 6-12 months ago?), NoScript has been "quiet" in proxy/prototype lies and other measurable extension giveaways (such as window property enumeration order) - for example Tor Browser 12.0.3 (not connected to the internet) using NS 11.4.16, it is undetectable
But in 12.0.4 using NS 11.4.20, it is screaming - IDK if this was planned, so over to you
This is my local TZP which differs a little from TZP live. The bottom part is at the end under miscellaneous
- pic: TB 12.0.4 + NS 11.4.20 = fingerprinted
- control: TB 12.0.3 + NS 11.4.16 = as quiet as a mouse
