Bring text color of the chrome connection status in line with Figma

I've just tested the color contrast of the red/purple text on light and dark theme on MacOS, and all combinations pass AA requirement for WCAG 2.1. However I noticed the background color of the window in this Linux screenshot looks different: !639 (comment 2905227)

In hindsight, I'd prefer keeping the icon and label the same color if possible as it looks neater/more noticeable please. Do you have a custom theme installed in Linux that was causing the darker window color?

Also, in Figma I used #5B5B66 (dark-gray-05) instead of #15141A (dark-gray-90) for the monochrome label in light theme. For reference, that should be the same color used by icons in the toolbar.

I vaguely remember there being a reason we went with black instead of gray text – however if #5B5B66 isn't available as a text color, is there anything similar in the browser chrome CSS we can use instead? e.g. the "Search with..." text in the address bar, or background tab text color?
