'Learn more' link in onboarding links to 12.0 release notes and not 12.5

Clicking on the 'Learn more' link in the onboarding goes to the wrong release notes.

It goes to https://www.torproject.org/releases/tor-browser-12-0/ instead of https://www.torproject.org/releases/tor-browser-12-5/

How one can reproduce the issue - this is very important.

1. Go to about:tor
2. Click on the 'New to Tor Browser?' link
3. Click on the 'Learn more' button on the bottom left side of the modal.

What is the current bug behavior?

It goes to https://www.torproject.org/releases/tor-browser-12-0/ instead of https://www.torproject.org/releases/tor-browser-12-5/

What is the expected behavior?

It should go to https://www.torproject.org/releases/tor-browser-12-5/
