Inputs in the request a bridge dialog are cut-off in 13.0 alpha

The dialog is fine in the latest iteration of 12.5 stable, but looks like so in 13.0 alpha:

Note the shortened text-box and cut-off confirmation buttons at the foot of the modal.

I didn't check the full flow and have since switched back to stable, so it would be excellent if someone could test this (and the other bridge dialogs) more thoroughly. Thanks!
