Revert to Fx's default identity block style for internal pages

Once the new application icons are finalized in #40417 (closed), let's revert back to Firefox's default identity block style for internal pages – i.e. a full color icon and high-contrast text. This will have the added benefit of fixing our color contrast issues for this component in dark theme.
