Review Mozilla 1810761: Add API for saving a PDF

If I'm not wrong, this is also Android only.

And I think it isn't a save-to-PDF as a print to PDF, but a way to save PDFs you open inline from GV (a sort of Ctrl+S, if you want).

So, this feature should save the files as they are, byte by byte (and anything else should be treated as a bug, in my opinion).

Yes, confirmed.

It's a download button that appears on PDF, and as expected you download the PDF you're seeing in your device.

12.5 doesn't have pdf.js (and so can only download files).
