Add simplified onion pattern to the new homepage
Since we never got round to finishing and handing over the wallpaper gallery, let's retain a simplified version of the onion patter on the homepage for the time being instead:
Like the existing onion pattern, it should repeat horizontally. Here's an SVG exported from Figma:
