Implement Linux application icons

Tor Browser application icons have gotten a refresh from the UX & Design team - this ticket will serve to track implementation for Linux assets:

• stable
• alpha
• nightly

Note that there is a sub-folder within each of the respective release glyphs that are specific to the linux requirements per the GNOME hig.
