I'm already in charge of assessing #41945 (closed) and a couple of related issues.

I'm not against the feature in principle, provided that we ensure site exception are not persisted of course.

But I'd like to test some hunches of mine about potential issues in its implementation, and if I don't manage to complete this verification before 13.0 stable I think we can just disable it for now and re-evaluate for 13.5.
