Make the script sign all the channels for local builds

We have a script on Fenix to sign the releases with the public keyring that is in tor-browser-build.

However, this script signs only the release channel, but it'd be better to make it sign all the channels, since nightly builds is the easy way to have official builds and test builds without key issues.
