Invalid IPv4 address pass the bridge line validation if they contain just additional IPv6 characters
Check this screenshot:
The first bridge is recognized as an obfs4 bridge even though its IPv4 is invalid. I think the validation passed because the IPv4 contains only characters that are valid for IPv6 (check the second bridge, for example).
