Move temporary Lox Fluent strings to new file

The Lox invite dialog is due to be re-designed in #42385 (moved)

We should move the temporary strings to a new Fluent file so they don't end up on weblate.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
