Disable Firefox Flame button due to unknown interactions with New Identity

I noticed by chance that firefox is working on a "flame" button and panel to reset your private browsing window. Currently it is only enabled on nightly by a pref.
The functionality has some overlap with our new identity button, so it could be confusing for users to have both functionality. I'm guessing we would want to keep the toolbar button hidden and remove any other user paths. Not sure if firefox plans on keeping the preference or dropping it once the feature is stable. Maybe there is some room for collaboration or copying.
