Tor Browser "Connection" settings missing a tooltip

Firefox has tooltiptext for each of its categories items in the "about:preferences" sidebar, these are used as tooltip for the item, and act as the accessible name when the window is narrow and the label is visually hidden.

Our own item #category-connection for the "Connection" category is missing this.
