CI: remove localization file names that are in neither 14.0 nor 13.5 branches
With 13.5 becoming stable, we were able to get rid of a few translation files entirely:
The job log gives us a list of files that are no longer in use in either the 13.5 or 14.0 branch: https://gitlab.torproject.org/henry/tor-browser/-/jobs/608988#L57.
Whilst there won't be any bad side effects in the mean time, we should tidy up these non-existent file names from the CI script.
