Missing region-name-skr fluent entry when fetching TorConnect country names

Firefox ESR 128 added skr as a region, but I think it was meant to be added as a language. So we get a missing region-name-skr fluent error when fetching the country codes. It also means that "SKR" appears as a country in the "about:torconnect" country selector.
