Remove remaining traces of the old Bootstrap on Android

Summarize the bug encountered concisely.

There are still some references to the old bootstrap:

torbootstrapFragment in nav_graph.xml
TorBootstrapStatus.kt
torBootstrapStatus in HomeFragment. The NavGraph is less picky when it comes to unresolved references and I think it will just not include it instead of not compiling, but the HomeFragment could be causing issues.
